How to report a repair

You can report a repair in a number of ways:

Phone the repairs call centre on 0800 6 12 10 10

Calls are free from landline phones but not from mobile phones. The call centre is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you have an emergency repair outside these hours your call will go through to our out-of-hours emergency service.

We welcome calls using RNID Typetalk Service. If you have a textphone, please dial 18002 before our phone number.

Please remember

We will answer your call as soon as we can. However, we are often busier than normal on a Monday morning and Wednesday and Friday afternoons. To avoid waiting, try calling us at our less busy times.

If you are calling about a repair you have already reported, please let us know the job reference number given on your repair letter.
