But, there'll be no hiding behind bushes or wearing a disguise. You'll be asked to 'mystery shop' and test out all sorts of services to see if they're up to scratch. Staff won't know you're undercover!
You'll be recording what you find out and reporting back to headquarters. You'll need to be well-prepared and organised too. You'll get all the 'top secret' information you need before you start your mission and you can work from home, if you want to.
