We'll let you know when your bid for a home has been successful. We'll arrange to meet you to talk through the tenancy agreement and if possible, show you your new home or arrange a viewing as soon as possible, as long as we have the keys back from the previous tenant. Sometimes tenants move out but fail to return the keys in good time and this can cause delays. When we send you an offer letter for renting a home, you have three days to accept the offer.
When a tenant moves out of a home, we aim to have it ready for the next tenant within two weeks, as long as the keys have been returned. We have to inspect the property, do safety checks and make sure it is in a good condition for the next tenant to move into.
