Award-winning initiatives
As a social landlord, we're in the business of building better neighbourhoods, not just homes. Sarsen has been a winner and finalist in a number of award schemes that recognise strength in community development, including the National Housing Federation Neighbourhood Awards, the Chartered Institute of Housing Awards and the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards.
Getting customers involved
We pride ourselves on our resident involvement. Residents and other customers play a major role in our service and neighbourhood improvements, as well as having a say about the design and management of new homes.
Building homes
Since 1995, nearly 2000 homes have been built in the South West for Sarsen residents. We provide different types of homes and tenures to meet a wide range of housing needs. This includes rented housing, supported housing and shared ownership homes.
